Bright aromatics of fresh peach, melon, and snow peas. A juicy, medium weight expression of sauvignon blanc with light vanilla and cashew tones from the barrel fermented components present. Palate flavours of peach, honey and bright lime-like citrus acidity for balance leading into a long clean finish.

From the highly esteemed Willowlake Vineyard. Naturally fermented in a combination of tank and seasoned French oak. Rested on fine lees for six months. Minimal intervention with no additions or adjustments beyond sulfur dioxide prior to bottling.
