Shipping Information

Upon approval of your payment, we will ship ordered goods to your nominated street address typically within 2-7 working days, depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to understanding that some regional areas can take longer than this. Orders must only be made and received by individuals 18 years and older.

1-3 Bottles — $10 flat rate
4-5 Bottles — $15 flat rate
6+ Bottles – Free Shipping

Shipping & Return Policy

If goods are damaged in transit we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost. If for some reason goods are not available, we will notify you within two working days and, where possible, offer you an alternative vintage or product. If you do not wish to purchase this alternative we will refund your payment.

Should you receive product that is faulty, we will either:

· pay for the return of the faulty product and provide you with replacement product if available;

· pay for the return of the faulty product and provide you with alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the faulty product; or

· pay for the return of the faulty product and provide you with a full refund.

We do not provide refunds in the case that you simply change your mind about your purchase. We may choose to offer you an exchange, however return of goods will be at your expense.

In order to process your return we may require you to attach a return slip that will be provided to you in a digital format. In this instance where you are unable to print out the return slip we will post one to you. New packaging for returned wine may also be provided in the instance that packaging has been damaged in transit.

Please note: Your refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received by us.
