Terms of Service

By using this website and in order to buy wine from Wheeler Vino you must agree to our terms of service which include:

1) Be over the age of 18 and agree to abide by the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000) . For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $700)

2) Accept that D & A Wheeler Pty Ltd trading as Wheeler Vino reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion.

3) Accept that D & A Wheeler Pty Ltd trading as ‘Wheeler Vino’ will not be responsibility for any losses incurred directly or indirectly through use of this website.

4) Agree to only purchase a maximum of 48 bottles per customer per day in order to allow D & A Wheeler to adhere to our liquor license restrictions, understanding that if you require more than 48 bottles for purchase that this will be split across multiple invoices and delivered across multiple days.

Return Policy

Upon approval of your payment, we will ship ordered goods to your nominated street address typically within 2-5 working days, depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to understanding that some regional areas can take longer than this.

If goods are damaged in transit we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost. If for some reason goods are not available, we will notify you within two working days and, where possible, offer you an alternative vintage or product. If you do not wish to purchase this alternative we will refund your payment.

Should you receive product that is faulty, we will either:

· pay for the return of the faulty product and provide you with replacement product if available;

· pay for the return of the faulty product and provide you with alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the faulty product; or

· pay for the return of the faulty product and provide you with a full refund.
