The 3P25 Rouge is a lighter style bistro red made from both premium Yarra Valley pinot noir and merlot. The rouge is packed with delicious flavours of ripe red berries – think raspberries and strawberries and has a dry soft finish. It’s ridiculously drinkable and can be chilled if you’re somewhere pleasantly warm or is great room temp if you’re somewhere closer to Melbourne. This is a red of wide appeal and is delicious solo or with lighter dishes that would typically pair well with pinot noir.
