The 3P25 2020 Chardonnay is made again from fruit coming off the Willowlake vineyard in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. Quite possibly the best chardonnay we have made to date (I really mean it), this release was 100% barrel fermented in near new French oak.

Despite the bushfires elsewhere in Australia, vintage conditions were relatively cool resulting in an exceptionally elegant chardonnay with great freshness and finesse. Medium-weight chardonnay with fresh lemony citrus flavours and toasty oak characters sitting in the background. There’s plenty of acidity but it has a beautiful softness in the texture and should appeal to both lovers of chardonnay and white wine drinkers alike.
